The Thought Leadership Institute in partnership with Crescendo Consulting, Reveal Global Intelligence, Nossaman Law Film, and The Prophet Group are developing a world-class study of the state of use of W2 and 1099 contractors within the talent acquisition function of major enterprises. The project is designed to benchmark current practices, identify the best practices and address continuing concerns regarding the use of such contract resources. The project will give particular focus to the optimization of use of contractor workers within the talent acquisition function as our economy and hiring vacillates in the current recessionary/post-crisis period. The project will be implemented in 3 stages:
- Survey and Analysis
- Webinar
- White Paper
We're looking for leaders in recruiting, human resources, legal, and procurement from top companies to participate in the survey. Participation in the survey enrolls you in the webinar and will entitle you to receive research findings in the white paper and compiled survey results.
