The topics we cover in our Exchanges are always driven by member requests.

These topics will include creating metrics for sourcing functions, building a talent pipeline, measuring sourcing Return on Investment and international sourcing.

Prior to each Exchange meeting, members will be asked to make recommendations on agenda topics.
