There are some gaps within the traditional HR and recruiting forum structure.  These gaps include:

With some exceptions, traditional learning forums tend to be very broad. For example, recruiting in general, or recruitment technology as broad topics. Our Exchanges are more specific with more granular topics being discussed. For example, sourcing, sourcing in a specific segment, diversity recruitment/strategy, etc.

Discussions at traditional forums tend to be high level, missing the “deep dives” so that learning can be applied during the next business week and a return on investment is realized. Our Exchanges focus on the “deep dive” discussions so that the resulting practices can be implemented immediately at your business.

Most traditional learning forums have academies associated with them, and the curriculum is thought to not be consistently world class with many not delivered by the thought leaders in the industry. Our Exchanges will be developed and delivered by the top thought leaders and academic professionals in the HR and recruiting fields. Our Exchange environments will be comfortable, high-end meeting places with a focus on comfort and a sense of higher levels of learning.

There are not many (if any) learning events targeted to improve recruitment leadership skills, particularly with new leaders. Our Exchanges are totally focused on improving recruitment leadership skills with senior leaders of all levels.
