Our Corporate Sourcing Leadship Exchanges are unique in format and content.
- Facilitated by one of our TLI Faculty professionals
- Members come in the night before for dinner and networking reception
- Members can bring up to four guests
- Agenda
- Presentation by faculty or guest(s)
- One topic which will be covered in more detail – Deeper dives
- Tools, coaching and instruction provided
- Each member leaves with tools to implement what they have learned
- Breakout groups will be utilized to explore innovation, new ideas
Future CSLE Topics
The topics covered in our Exchange will be driven by member requests such as creating metrics for sourcing functions, building a talent pipeline, measuring sourcing Return on Investment and international sourcing. Prior to our first Exchange meeting, members will be asked to make recommendations on agenda topics.
